Meetup Planning

The Toronto Aces & Aros Collective as a whole is responsible for organising regular monthly discussion and social meetups.


  • Coordinating suggestions from the group for discussion topics and social activities
  • Finding facilitators for discussion meet-ups and hosts for social events
  • Setting up doodle scheduling polls
  • Booking space for events
  • Announcing events on all platforms (googlegroup, tumblr, AVEN meetup thread, facebook)

Regular meetups are organised through the Toronto Aces & Aros googlegroup, and listed on the Toronto Aces & Aros tumblr meetup page as well as Toronto Aces & Aros’ public facebook page.
