Meetup Planning

The Ace Toronto Collective as a whole is responsible for organising regular monthly discussion and social meetups.


  • Coordinating suggestions from the group for discussion topics and social activities
  • Finding facilitators for discussion meet-ups and hosts for social events
  • Setting up doodle scheduling polls
  • Booking space for events
  • Announcing events on all platforms (googlegroup, tumblr, AVEN meetup thread, facebook)

Regular meetups are organised through the Ace Toronto googlegroup, and listed on the Ace Toronto tumblr meetup page as well as Ace Toronto’s public facebook page.
